We principally provide tuition in Maths, English and the Sciences at GCSE and iGCSE but every quarter we monitor requests for tuition in other subjects. Once we feel demand is sufficient to warrant adding a particular subject we intend to introduce that subject and add it to our program of tuition subjects. In such subjects we intend to only use subject specialist tutors bases on a pre-approved syllabus.
Our philosophy is always to aim for the best grade with an expectation that anything can happen on the day and anyone can slip a grade quite easily. Our extension work takes a student to 1st year university level so that the A Level requirements for examinations appear a step down and they are more comfortable with the standard when they sit the examinations.
This is the strategy that was used by Moin Ali Nawazish the world record holder for the number of A Levels taken - 21 A levels at A grade. His unique approach to understand conceptually topics he studied, based on looking at 1st year university lecturers and understanding topics deeply beyond A level, meant that when he did come down to look at A level questions in examinations he was able to answer at a level most other A level students could not and so secured 21 grade A’s in A levels. We have found deploying this strategy always helps students to get the best possible grade based on a successful formula and strategy.
